What bow should I get and where should I get it from?

Mea asked:

I started to practice archery last year and I really enjoy it. Now, since I've won two gold medals in my country, I'd like to buy myself a nice bow:)
Only bow I have been shooting by now is a plastic 30 lb Solaris, a complete beginners bow.
Now I'm looking into buying a Hoyt Eclipse riser.
Since I'm going to college this year, I'm on a very low budget.
I'd like to buy a lightweight bow, that I will not need to replace anytime soon. Also, I don't know what limbs would be the best to buy. I'm from Montenegro, so there are no Archery shops where I can try before I buy and I will order online.
My club orders from VBS Archery, from Netherlands, but I think the prices there are too high.
So riser/limbs suggestions, please, and where to buy those from:)

of all the archery shops I’ve dealt with, the cheapest prices I’ve found is at these two shops

I’m partial to K1, since the owner is my buddy, plus he’s also a target shooter so he knows what he’s talking about.

The Hoyt Eclipse is a great riser, but be sure the you like the tec style riser before you buy it. See if there are other archers in the area who own one. I own a Hoyt Helix and I love it, but I’ve heard of people complaining about the riser being too stiff and the tec bridge hitting their arm when they shoot.

Other option around that price point is the Win & Win Winact, or the Winstar 2. The Samick Athlete is also a great riser but at a higher price point. Hoyt also makes another riser that looks darn good, but they’re only available in 21″ and 23″ models. Called the Excell, it’s brand new for 2009, so if you draw length is less than 27″ you can look at that one.

Limbs, I like Samick limbs, but I’ve heard nothing but praises for the new PSE Xpression limbs, they’re cheap and smooth. I’ve pulled the limbs but never shot it, they are good limbs.
