I'm wondering if anyone has been duck or goose hunting other than in traditional blinds or boats?

My dog is almost blind, about 80% of his eyes are covered in a greyish blue tint. Are these cataracts?

i use to jump shoot irrigation ponds! just going from pond to pond! we would set some guys on one bank and one would flush the ducks from the otherside. also walked creeks and jump shoot them !

One off-beat method is to use float tubes (belly boats). They’re convenient to carry, get you into some otherwise inaccessible waters, and can be all but invisible to waterfowl.

    usually public lands:
Puddle ducks. teal, mallards, woodies, etc.Hunt flooded timber, beaver dams with float tube jump shoot.

    usually private land:
blind in harvested grain fields like corn, wheat, oats, rice, etc.and if there is a wet spot you have a honey hole.

    usually public lands:
Divers: small in land out of the way lakes. Go down wind of lake in necked down area fire a few shots. when ducks pass fire at passing ducks.

    usually private land:
Also hunt (next) to State, Federal or Local Game Reserve and pass shoot. shoot ducks and geese going out not in.
