    Well they are listed as technically blind. They can still go under supervision of other hunters. Being blind is a disadvantage not a handicap. The only time you are trully blind is when there is no retinal activity at all. Legally blind you can see and you can do things you just can’t operate a motor vehicle

    “LEGALLY” Blind doesn’t mean they cant see at all, but their eyesight is horrible.
