This is what I have so far:

Apollo is by far one of the most interesting gods featured in Greek and Roman mythology and there are many stories told about his heroism, love affairs, inventions, and contests. The son of Zues and Leto and the twin brother of Artemis, he is the god of music (one of his symbols being the lyre), colonization, prophecy, medicine, archery (but not for hunting or war), poetry, dance, and he took care of herds and flocks. Although he is a god he fell in love with many humans and even had children with some of them, the most well known being Asclepius and Orpheus. He is often seen with bow and arrows, on his head a laurel crown, the cithara (or lyre) and a plectrum (basiclly a pick).
