Have you ever made a portable ground blind? One with tent poles that's packable and easy to set up. Looking for something for bowhunting and shotgun hunting turkey, deer and elk.

What's the best brand of longbow?

I would buy one by the time you gather up the needed components, burning not only gas and time and then the time to construct it you will have defeated any savings long before. you are complete.
I would advise you buy a doghouse style and spend saved money and time by buying instead building in the wood hunting.

Right now Cabela’s has a Trekker T-200 ppo-up blind on clearance for $49.99 and you can put the Eastman Outfitters Leafcover blind covering on it for another $49.99. It will look just like the $300 Ameristep Intimidator with the Ghille covering. What a buy! I have also hunted out of pop-ups with good success and I just bought the Leafcover covering for mine before last fall. I love it!

I buy burlap at the local garden center that’s 3′ x 12′ at around $3.00

I spray paint it “camo” with black, green, brown etc.

I tie a length of jute twine between two trees or sturdy bushes and hang the burlap on it. I then hang miscellaneous tree branches and “natural stuff” on it and have gotten 3 doe in the last few weeks with it.

I took this avenue after some junkhead stole my expensive tree stands on Thanksgiving Day.
