    Its all about the angle. There really is no way to calculate, you just have to practice from the ground and from elevation. First of all the arrow flight is shorter in the amount of horizontal distance it travels because its a downward angle vs a straight shot. The biggest difference is how you need to aim. For example, I use one pin from the ground at 15-20 yards, but from a treestand around 20 feet up at a target 15 yards away I have to aim more like its 10-13 yards. Hope this helped.
